Condė Nast, a global media company needed outsourced ad operations to support to cover a key employee’s holiday break. The client required flexible support that could quickly integrate with the existing team.

### Approach

While supporting the organization with a team of as many as 8 ad operations experts during peak periods, the team provided swift and accurate managed services to the internal team. This support included campaign management, ad trafficking and campaign reporting during both normal business hours and beyond. Our knowledge of all major reporting and ad serving systems enabled our team to act as an extension of the clients’ team from day one.

Over time, the relationship expanded as the client needed additional strategic support to help them navigate bigger, more long-term challenges. Leveraging a deep knowledge of our clients’ business, we helped them migrate both their video ad servers as well as implementing order management systems and migrating product catalogs.

### Results

Over a four-year period of time, The 614 Group team managed millions of dollars worth of successful campaigns, migrated significant systems: video and order management.
